Terms and conditions apply. Businesses and multi-unit residential common areas only. Normal billing rate is $.15 (fifteen cents) per square foot, + $2.00 per carpeted stair step. As a first-time client, you will receive half-off these stated prices for one service. A minimum charge of $175 applies, regardless of size. The method(s) used shall be either rotary shampoo or water extraction (or both). Furniture can be moved for additional charges. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all items that can be damaged by water are removed from the floor prior ro this service being performed. It is the client's further responsibility to ensure the methods proposed are acceptable within the manufacturer's recommendations for carpet cleaning prior to ordering this service. All-Pro Enterprises, Inc. assumes no liability for damage or a loss of warranty that may occur as a result the aforementioned conditions.
